  • What are your charges?

    At iT-ology, we have transparent pricing for our services. Our hourly rate for residential customers is £40, while for business customers who generally need a faster turnaround it is £50 per hour.

    We charge a callout fee to cover our fuel costs of £15 (within TR12/TR13) for any onsite work or for our Delivery & Collection service.

    This ensures fairness and clarity in our billing, allowing you to understand the cost of our services.

  • How can I pay?

    We strongly appreciate the benefits that cash transactions bring to our local community. Cash supports local businesses, stimulates the local economy, and empowers individuals. We strongly advocate for the use of cash as a means to foster a thriving society.

    However, we also recognise the need for flexibility, and therefore, we also accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via bank transfer.

  • Onsite, collection & return or dropoff?

    For your convenience you can either bring your computer to our offices in St. Keverne or if your issue requires an on-site resolution we can come to you.

    We also offer a collection & return service, covering Helston and anywhere on the Lizard Peninsula, the service cost is £15. For areas beyond TR13, the collection fee is £20. This ensures that we can effectively address your computer needs, wherever you may be located.

  • Can you repair via Remote?

    Our skilled technicians can securely access your computer remotely, allowing us to diagnose and repair software-related issues without the need for you to bring your device to us or schedule an on-site visit.

    Rest assured that your privacy and data security are of utmost importance to us. We use secure and encrypted connections to ensure that your information remains confidential throughout the remote repair process.

    To schedule a remote repair session, simply give us a call or send us a message. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and provide the assistance you need, all from the comfort of your own home or office.

  • Whats the turnaround time?

    The timeline for your repair can vary depending on the specific requirements, as some cases may involve special ordering parts. However, we strive to complete most repairs within 48 working hours.

    Throughout the process, we will keep you informed about the progress of your repair. You have the option to receive updates via SMS, Messenger, or WhatsApp, ensuring that you stay connected and well-informed every step of the way.
